The project
Three individual homes, delivered as one development.
A three-home residential development created on the former Gartcarron Waterworks site near Fintry, bringing a considered mix of single-storey and two-storey living to a distinctive woodland setting.
The project progressed from timber-frame construction and coordinated building-envelope works through to glazing, dark architectural detailing, solar installations and the complete external environment.
Groundworks, access, paving, timber fencing and extensive turfing brought the development together at completion, giving each property its own defined outdoor space while retaining a consistent architectural character across all three homes.
